Absolutely not. With me therapy is an active and collaborative process. I’ll prompt, ask questions, and make suggestions - whatever helps you to achieve your goals.
-
There’s no reason why you should. I’ll work with you from the place that you’re in now, whatever it is. No judgements, no expectations.
-
As long as they need to - typically from six months to two or more years. But if you need more or less time than that; no problem. I’m here to help you understand and get what you need.
-
Definitely. The agreement is open-ended, and can be terminated whenever feels right for you.

I don’t see young people under 18, but there’s no upper age limit. I’ve worked with people of every age from 18 to late 70s.
-
I don’t do ‘drop-ins’. A bit like a fitness or weight loss programme, therapy and counselling work much better with a sustained and regular commitment. But I’ll always do my bit to adapt around your work and family commitments.
